All educators welcome! Classroom teachers, art teachers, and homeschool parents join us for free materials, prizes, and DIY tutorials. Visit Art Salvage any time during our regular hours (10am-5pm), see the times below for scheduled events during the day.

11am-3pm: Material Giveaway (Free materials for teachers)
Walk through our material giveaway area (right outside Art Salvage) and fill a bag for free with creative materials. Paper, fabrics and textiles, mixed media supplies, interior design samples, craft items, art tools and more.

10am-5pm: Win a gift card or Art Salvage membership. Enter to win a prize during your visit to Art Salvage. Find a hidden treasure. We will hide tiny containers throughout the shop with a tiny prize. Will you find a piece of candy or a coupon for a discount at Art Salvage?

12-2: Free workshops for teachers (details and registration below)

12-12:30pm DIY Collage Coasters

Learn how to make paper or fabric scrap collages on adhesive foam (we call it squishy foam) to create easy DIY coasters. Make coasters with your students

1-1:30pm Travel Tic Tac Toe
Make a travel Tic Tac Toe game out of used CD jewel cases and wood coins. Bring this reuse craft idea to your classroom and teach your students.

2-2:30pm Playing Card Star

This STEM project is a great hands on activity combining math and art. Practice making a 12 point star out of reused playing cards and take home the instructions to teach your class.
