Ryan Patterson is an inveterate maker of things and as a result of her upbringing lives with the presumption that nearly all things can be DIY. Sewing is one of the first functional crafts she learned as a child and continues to be a way to be creative, expressive and save money by building, adapting and repairing clothes.

Co-hosted by Art Salvage and Spokane Zero Waste

Spokane Zero Waste: We are a group of creative, passionate people who believe there are low-waste or waste free solutions for almost every aspect of daily life. We work to build a more resilient community through education, modeling and advocating for low waste policies.
