Spokane Zero Waste will be at Art Salvage to host a Mend-It Cafe where people are invited to bring clothing and textiles in need of repair. They will be paired up with a mender who will fix the item(s) at no charge. Mend-It Cafe also offers a U-Mend-It station where an expert mender will walk you through the steps to mend your item yourself. Limit of 3 items per person, all items need to be clean.

Mend-It Cafe exists to repair textiles as a way to keep them out of the waste stream, save you money and the planet's resources.

Join us this July to learn about alternatives to single use plastic and meet some of the local resources that support the circular economy.

Art Salvage will host Pop-ups with Let’s Build a Community (July 13th), Spokane Zero Waste (July 20th) and Cover Me Carry Me (July 27th).
